Talion Thoughts Volume 1.1

Talion-(Latin lex talionis), principle developed in early Babylonian law and present in both biblical and early Roman law that criminals should receive as punishment precisely those injuries and damages they had inflicted upon their victims. Many early societies applied this “eye-for-an-eye” principle literally.

Sometimes it is as simple as an idea that motivates us.  Sometimes it can be a profound life changing event that drives us to excel. Much like farming some ideas need to be nurtured and grown to bear fruit.  Other times we have a couple of drinks and start bouncing ideas off our friends and things can be born out of complete insanity.

This idea came from a combination of all these and probably just a little bit of crazy thrown in for good measure.  As some of my close friends know I’ve been bouncing this idea around for about a year and half now, trying to figure out how to get into the game with all of the major fan sites and their wonderful reporting and excellent insights.

Talion Thoughts is designed to be a “Hyperspace Jump” point for those that may be a late to the party for Star Wars: The Old Republic, as well as those that may be looking for a fresh perspective on aspects of the game.  So for those that have read everything out there and keep up on the forums I’ll apologize now if you see some things that feel like repeat information, but trust me the new stuff is on the way.

So I invite you all on the journey to take a look and see what’s going on in “A Galaxy Far Far Away”
